Prior to Arrival and Departure

• Check and inspect home inside and out
• Turn on lights for arrival
• Turn on heat or air conditioning
• Trash cleanup and haul away
• Home checks after storms or as needed
• Supervise outside vendors (open and close house)
• Wood stacked and ready for use
